hmmm....i realised i haven't officially declared my blog closed and kind of just left it there for months to rot so here it is....
this blog is closed. i may decide to blog again someday but i doubt it will be anytime soon. so adios blog, you were fun while you lasted!

khuiks was beyond touched and way chuffed when we presented her with the chop bearing her famous quote-leave a line! teachers day is a good 20 days past and i suspect she thinks we have forgotten her. she thinks the chop is very 'high-tech' though and stamps it really oddly, like very hard on the paper so the ink blotches. but it's ok. we love her anyway.
today is the first day of the release of prelim results and i haven't heard a single piece of good news yet.
alas! i have zero a1s, but thankfully also no c5s(yet). i fear extermination from the evil kok. prelims are so unpredictable and loads of people who deserve an a1 didn't get one. getting into a cjc may prove impossible.
despite our sorry state, his gayness still had the nerve to show b2 all our physics marks and we haven't even seen them yet! it is meant to 'encourage' them. but how exactly is showing them the top marks of our class going to serve that purpose?? it's called demoralising and discouraging! he also very patriotically did the 'foreigner pass, singaporean fail,foreigner pass, singaporean fail....' chant. this does nothing for the physics results so he should jolly well shut up.
i miss kindergarten. at least we get to play in the sand box, colour and not worry ourselves senseless about crappy prelims.
next up on the platter- chinese, geog, hist/ss. yummy.

the toilets are finally done up. actually we only did the floor tiles. but trust me, that was already sufficent to kill us all. there were workers around all day and we and to share one measly toile. so i had to literally queue for a toilet in my own home! it was terrible. plus we had to rearrange furniture so the workers won't knock into stuff. i felt so alien in my own home. mops almost dropped her phone on the floor cos the table where she normally places it on has been moved to another room. haha. anyhow, the ordeal is finally over and i can start studing again, in peace.

The longest day wasn't quite as long as I used to think it was. last year, I thought we'll camp in school and stay awake the whole night just talking and stuff, but turns out we all had to go home after 10+. it was a hell lot of fun though, and the group issue didn't prove a problem at all-at least, not for me. the paint game was quite gross. my bra was stained bright yellow. the campfire was the best man. i felt so proud of the guides! i didn't cry in the end as i imagined i would. it just didn't quite seem like this was the end yet. but the depression is already starting to hit me. i'm going to miss everyone so much.
i really need to get into acjc. actually, at the rate the teachers are going on about the prelim results, i'll be quite relieved if i can get into any jc. i get really annoyed now when people tell me that acjc is my back-up plan. look, acjc is my
only plan....and they should try to be more sensitive.

Happy Bithday Lily (kissing extrodinare) and Valen (gourmet club co-president and fellow pig knicker!)Ok....i've decided to start blogging again. friday was just the wierdest day out man. first fang had her very scary, very bad leg cramp and than there was the burger king perv who creeped us all out by checking out dior's bag, purposefully 'bumping' into random women and staring at us all. it just made my skin crawl.
and the sushi buffet! i think i'm never ever going to step into sakae again. i felt so guilty after that, even though i skipped dinner AND supper, both equally huge sacrifices. and let's face it, i ate the least out of all the buffeters. i am seriously a failed sushi-eater.
i can't stand my chem tutor. he is so obviously biased against me cos i'm from mg. he is extremely, pro-communist, partly cos he was one himself. anyhow, nearly every week, he will be going (to Xin Wei-NYGH):" Chem and physics, in your case, i think no problem. but you arh....(turns to me) tsk tsk! but i think should be can lah. maybe." and then he promptly proceeds to praise hwa chong and the chinese high school to the skies. like what exactly is so desireable about learning the entire periodic table in chinese. and so what if his classmates are now highly sucessful scientists in the US? Like i care man! oh but he told me stuff about erm....it's not convenient to state her name for fear that she will sit on me! but he was saying how she always sits on the table and throws huge tantrums How rude, how can she sit on the table (i'm quoting him) i think it's more of a matter of whether she will break the table or not than one of respect.
